Raipur 25 November 2024: Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao today reached Kalyan Kunj Old Age Home in Bilaspur along with his family on his birthday and took blessings of the elderly. Sao met the elderly and inquired about their well-being and spent time with them. He gave blankets, fruits and sweets to the elderly. The elderly celebrated the birthday of Deputy Chief Minister Sao by cutting the cake and blessed him for his good health and long life.
Deputy Chief Minister Arun Sao reached Ratanpur today and worshiped Maa Mahamaya and wished for the progress, prosperity and happiness of the state. He honoured the Safai Mitras by washing their feet in the temple premises. In celebration of Mr. Saav’s birthday, people weighed him with laddus and gave sweets to everyone. On this occasion, the Deputy Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Mr. Vishnudev Sai, Chhattisgarh is rapidly progressing towards progress. Deputy Chief Minister Mr. Arun Saav handed over the keys of their completed houses to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) in the programme. He distributed material to the beneficiaries along with development works worth about two crore rupees in Ratanpur. These also include six e-rickshaws worth Rs. 30 lakh.
Mr. Saav said in the programme that we are committed to bring back the old glory of Ratanpur, a city of historical and mythological importance. Development works worth about six crore rupees have been done here in the last ten months. In future also, work will be done here with full vigor. In the programme, a large number of various social organisations, public representatives and dignitaries congratulated him on his birthday by presenting him with a bouquet.
Deputy Chief Minister Sao inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of development works worth Rs 6 crore 73 lakh in Kota Nagar Panchayat of Bilaspur district. During this, he said that we are working seriously to make Kota progress at a fast pace. There is a need to further improve the cleanliness system here. He said that the work of cleanliness is not the responsibility of the Nagar Panchayat alone. We all have to participate in it. Arun Sao distributed loan cheques to the beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Swanidhi Yojana in the program. He also handed over the acceptance letters of houses and the keys of completed houses to the beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). Many public representatives and dignitaries including Bilaspur District Panchayat President Arun Chauhan and Kota Nagar Panchayat President Smt. Amrita Pradeep Kaushik were also present during this time.
