The counseling process of surplus head teachers is completed
The order letter for posting in the selected school is being given immediately to those participating in the counseling
Raipur 31 May 2025: As per the guidelines of the state government, the process of counseling for the posting of surplus head teachers and assistant teachers of Korba district is going on today in Rajiv Gandhi Auditorium Transport Nagar in the presence of Collector Ajit Vasant. In the first phase, counseling of surplus head teachers was done on the basis of seniority. The counseling process of assistant teachers is going on. In the counseling process, the head teachers selected the schools of their choice from the vacant places. Assistant teachers are also participating in the counseling and selecting the schools of their choice from the prescribed list.
Collector Ajit Vasant has said that the process of counseling should be adopted with transparency under the instructions of the government. He has said that due to the adjustment of surplus teachers in teacherless schools and single teacher schools in the district, regular teachers will be available to the students of remote areas. Along with this, the students will get quality education. New posting orders are also being issued immediately in the school selected by the teachers involved in the counselling. Teacher expressed satisfaction Mrs. Dekumari Sahu, teacher of Primary School Jenjra, who took part in the counselling and selected the school of her choice from the prescribed list and went to the new school, praising the counselling process, said that she is happy that now she will discharge the responsibility of a teacher in the new school Dhelwadih. She expressed happiness on getting the school of her choice in counselling.
