Commissioner inspected the cleaning of drain near Kachana railway crossing gate

Raipur. Today, Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra directly inspected the cleaning system of public drain near railway crossing gate in Kachana under the area of ​​Municipal Corporation Zone 9 in the presence of Zone 9 Zone Health Officer Shri Atmanand Sahu.

The Commissioner directed the Zone Health Officer to get the drain near Kachana railway crossing gate cleaned till the bottom, open the mouth and get the plastic waste cleaned and taken out from the drain so that the drainage of dirty water in the drain becomes easy. The Commissioner directed all the Zone Health Officers to get the plastic waste completely removed from inside during the cleaning of drains and sewers and to monitor the work to make drainage management easy so that the drains and sewers do not get clogged in the city during monsoon and smooth drainage management can be maintained. The Commissioner has directed to run a public awareness campaign among the citizens to not throw plastic waste in drains and sewers.
