Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai planted a tree in honor of his mother in his birthplace Bagiya today under the campaign ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’. He planted a Rudraksha plant in the Government High School Bagiya campus. He said that the plants planted under this campaign will give a new identity to the relationship between mother and birthplace. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai had arrived here to participate in the state level school entrance festival. On this occasion, his wife Mrs. Kaushalya Devi Sai also planted a Rudraksha plant. At the same time, the state’s Finance Minister and Minister in charge of Jashpur district, Mr. OP Choudhary planted an Amla plant.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai said that the relationship with mother is priceless. Just as mother gives us life, nurtures us, similarly nature is also life-giving for us. Its protection and promotion is our responsibility. We all must join this campaign started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and contribute to environmental protection. During this, he urged everyone to plant trees under the campaign “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam”. He also asked everyone to take a pledge to protect the trees. Chief Minister Sai said that plant as many trees as possible during this monsoon. Make your home, surroundings, villages, cities and forests green.
