Chief Minister Sai invited to participate in 27th All India Forest Sports Competition
Chief Minister congratulated Forest Department and all participants for the event
Raipur. Chief Minister Vishnu Dev has received an invitation to participate in the 27th All India Forest Sports Competition organized from 16 to 19 October in the capital Raipur. Forest Department officials led by Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap met Shri Sai at his residence office today and invited him for the inaugural program. Chief Minister Shri Sai congratulated the officials for the successful organization and said that it is a matter of pride for Chhattisgarh to host this prestigious competition. On this occasion, the officials also presented him a sports kit.
On this occasion, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests and Chief of Forest Force V. Srinivas Rao, Additional PCCF Sunil Mishra, Additional PCCF Arun Pandey, Additional PCCF Sanjita Gupta, Chief Conservator of Forests Shalini Raina, CCF Raju Agasimani were also present.
The nodal officer of the competition, Shalini Raina (Chief Forest Conservator Human Resources and IT) said that this is a huge and prestigious event dedicated to the protection of forests and conservation of wild animals, in which many participants from all over the country are going to participate. She said that more than 3 thousand participants from all over the country will participate in the 27th All India Forest Sports Competition in the capital. The officers and employees of the Forest Department are constantly working for the successful organization of this five-day competition.
It is worth noting that the All India Forest Sports Competition to be held from 16 to 20 October in the capital Raipur will be inaugurated at the stadium in Kota, the capital. Indian T-20 cricket team captain and cricketer Surya Kumar Yadav, famous among the youth as Sky, will participate in the program. Also, Olympic medalist Ms. Manu Bhaker will also participate in the closing ceremony of the event. Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai has also released a video congratulating the officers and employees of the forest service from all over the country participating in the competition and sent best wishes to the organizer Forest Department, Chhattisgarh Government.
