Bhopal. State Minister (Independent Charge) for Culture, Tourism, Religious Trust and Endowments Dharmendra Bhav Singh Lodhi today visited the archaeological site of Heliodorus and the caves of Udaygiri hill in Vidisha. During this, he also observed the inscriptions made in the caves and the ancient statues carved on stone. On the occasion of World Tourism Day, this initiative has been taken to inspire people to visit the tourist places near them and get acquainted with the culture and history there.
Minister of State Shri Lodhi took information about the arrangements in view of the facilities of the tourists arriving in Udaygiri and gave necessary instructions to the officials. He said that the facilities of the tourists should be taken care of and better arrangements should be ensured.
