Beneficiaries of Kamar tribe are getting the benefits of government schemes
Raipur. The Kamar tribe has been given the status of special backward tribe by the Government of India. In the government of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, special work is being done for the economic, social, educational upliftment of special backward tribe families. Special efforts are also being made by the Chhattisgarh government to connect Kamar families with self-employment.
Under this, special camps are being organized continuously in the special backward tribe Kamar settlements of Dhamtari district. Under this campaign, various departments are organizing camps in Kamar settlements and providing benefits of government schemes like Aadhar Card Registration, Pradhan Mantri Awas, Pension, Ration Card, Ujjwala Gas Connection, Kisan Credit Card, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Crop Loan, Sukanya Samriddhi, Matri Vandan, Malnutrition Freedom, Ayushman Card, Sickle Cell, Jan Dhan Account, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Birth Certificate, Loan Booklet, Caste Certificate, Vishwakarma Yojana, Labour Card, School Admission for Drop Out Children and Tap Water Scheme. In this series, special camps were organized in Kharma, Madwapathra of Magarlod development block and Kawachipara and Aamapara located in Bagrumanala of Nagari development block.
Through the camp, 07 beneficiaries were benefited with Ayushman Card, 11 Jan Dhan Accounts, 12 Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, 01 Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, 18 Kisan Samman Nidhi, 01 Sukanya Samriddhi, 01 Sickle Cell, Anemia and Malnutrition, 01 Pradhan Mantri Matru Vandan Yojana, 08 from Vishwakarma Yojana and 26 Kamar beneficiaries were provided with Labor Card.
