Beneficiaries of 46 districts will get land ownership records under Swamitva Yojana – Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for Parvati-Kalisindh-Chambal and Ken-Betwa river linking projects. He said that Prime Minister Shri Modi has gifted two big projects to the state in eight days. It is a good fortune that Madhya Pradesh is becoming the first state in the country to implement river linking projects. It is also necessary to work on the possibility of interlinking rivers in the state. This will benefit the drought-affected areas of the state. Public representatives should be active in making the residents of the implementation area aware of the benefits of the projects and maintaining mutual dialogue with them and ensure that the implementation of the projects is not delayed due to personal interest or anti-development mentality. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the members of the Council of Ministers before the meeting of the Council of Ministers. The meeting of the Council of Ministers under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav began with the singing of Vande Mataram in the Secretariat. The members of the Council of Ministers felicitated Chief Minister Dr. Yadav by presenting a bouquet of flowers for the launch of Ken Betwa Link Project by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and implementation of the country’s first river linking projects in Madhya Pradesh.

Prime Minister Shri Modi expressed gratitude for the Bhoomi Pujan of Atal Gram Seva Sadans. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav informed that under the Pradhan Mantri Swamitva Yojana, land ownership record distribution conferences are being held in 46 districts to the beneficiaries. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi will join these programs through video conference. All the Council of Ministers members and public representatives should also participate in the conferences. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while discussing the Krishi Unnati Yojana, also appealed to motivate the farmers of the state to produce coarse grains. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shri Modi for the Bhoomi Pujan of Atal Gram Seva Sadans.

4 lakh 80 thousand applications approved in Jan Kalyan Abhiyan Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that out of the 30 thousand 697 camps proposed in the Chief Minister Jan-Kalyan Abhiyan being run in the state, 8 thousand 549 camps have been organized so far. 6 lakh 81 thousand applications were received in these camps. Out of this, 70 percent i.e. 4 lakh 80 thousand applications have been approved. Maximum 1 lakh 98 thousand 297 applications were received in Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Applications related to obtaining copies of Khasra-Khatauni, registration of construction workers, old age pension and PM Kisan have also been received in large numbers. Maximum 94 thousand 672 applications were received in Ujjain. Similarly, 44 thousand 516 applications were received in Seoni, 26 thousand 609 in Gwalior, 21 thousand 55 in Khandwa and 20 thousand 189 in Balaghat. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while instructing all the cabinet members to participate in the Jankalyan camps in the districts under their charge and to continuously review the Chief Minister Jankalyan Abhiyan at the district level, said that ensure that the benefits of the camps and the campaign are made available to every eligible beneficiary.
