MP NEWS: Misleading information regarding Class 10th paper, FIR, 5 detained

Bhopal. The high school and higher secondary examinations of the Board of Secondary Education are being held from February 5 to 29, 2024. Hindi subject paper of class 10 was held. Regarding this paper, before the paper was held today, information was received that the question paper of Hindi subject was going viral in Indore and on various social media groups. Based on the information, the district administration took immediate action and started legal action against the accused. During investigation, the viral question paper of Hindi subject did not match with the actual paper of the board exam.

Some anti-social elements are trying to mislead the students by giving misleading information regarding making the question papers of the Board of Secondary Education examination viral. Cyber police registered an FIR regarding today’s incident. After this 5 persons were detained.

Appeal to students appearing in board exams

The School Education Department has appealed to the students appearing in the Class 10 and 12 board examinations of the Board of Secondary Education to beware of false information related to question paper leak on social media platforms. The department has said that on receiving such information, it should be immediately reported to the nearest police station. The department has requested the students to take the examination in a stress-free environment.

The Board of Secondary Education has started a helpline for the convenience of the students. Arrangements have been made to counsel the students calling through the helpline and provide them proper stress related guidance by experts. The board’s helpline number 1800-233-0175 is operating daily from 8 am to 8 pm.
