Rationalization has rekindled the flame of education in the rural areas of Jashpur

Posting of teachers brings back the charm of schools
Enthusiasm among parents, new enthusiasm among children
Raipur 07 June 2025: The positive results of the rationalization campaign being run by the Chhattisgarh government across the state with the aim of improving the quality of education and ensuring teacher availability in schools are now clearly visible. This campaign, implemented under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai, has raised new hopes in the field of education, especially in tribal-dominated and remote rural areas. Two such primary schools of Farasbahar development block, Raigarmunda and Mundadih, which were without teachers for years, now have 2-2 regular teachers posted here under the rationalization process. The environment towards education in the village has completely changed with the appointment of two teachers in Raigarmunda school, which is located in Kunkuri, the assembly constituency of Chief Minister Shri Sai himself. Earlier, the school was running only on the basis of teachers as per the system, and the attendance of children was negligible. Now the parents here have a new confidence and they are coming forward to get their children enrolled in the local school again. Similarly, in the primary school of Mundadih, the teaching work was almost stalled due to the absence of teachers for a long time. The villagers were apprehensive that the future of their children might become dark. But now with the posting of regular teachers, studies will be able to start again in the school. The chairman of the school management committee of the school and the villagers welcomed the teachers on their arrival and expressed gratitude to the government.
Villager Mrs. Shanti Chauhan, whose daughter studies in class V, emotionally tells that now we are sure that our children will also be able to become something by studying. Teachers have come, this is a big gift for us. On this positive change, the Honorable Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Dev Sai said that it is the commitment of our government to give the highest priority to education. I myself was seeing that many schools were in a teacherless situation, especially in remote areas. Therefore, we implemented the process of rationalization with complete transparency. It was ensured that teachers were deployed wherever needed. The positive change that is coming in Jashpur’s Farasbahar area is proof of the success of this policy. This is not just an administrative process, but an effort towards shaping the future of our children. Chief Minister Shri Sai also said that the government is trying to ensure that the required number of teachers is available in all the primary and secondary schools of the state by the next academic session. With the presence of teachers, children will now get regular guidance, educational activities will get a new dimension and a new wave of awareness towards education has swept across the region. Thus, this initiative of rationalization in villages like Raigarmunda and Mundadih of Jashpur district is not only strengthening education, but is also strengthening the basis of trust and participation in the government in the rural society. This is a meaningful step towards the resolution of the Chhattisgarh government – “Sab Padhe, Sab Badhe”.
