Public Relations Department got its first victory due to Dilip’s aggressive batting.
Nava Raipur. Nava Raipur Premier League coordinator Kamal Verma issued a release saying that this year 60 teams from various heads of departments, offices and ministries have participated in the NVL tournament, making every match exciting.
He further said that N.P.L. Four matches were played today in the organization of cricket competition Naya Raipur, in which the first match was played between Directorate of Public Relations Indravati Bhawan and Ministry of Food and Civil Supplies Mahanadi Bhawan. The team of Public Relations won the toss and decided to bowl first and scheduled 8 overs. I could score only 40 runs. In this match, Madhav played the highest innings of 23 runs on behalf of Food and Civil Supplies. From the Public Relations side, Gaurav bowled lethally and took 1 wicket for just 4 runs in 2 overs. The public relations team achieved the target of 41 runs in just 3.5 balls. From Jan Sampark’s side, Dilip contributed the maximum of 20 runs and led his team to a landslide victory by 10 wickets.
Today’s second match was played between Chhattisgarh State Cooperative Marketing Association and CMS XI Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan. In which CMS team won the toss and decided to field. The marketing team batted and scored 59 runs. In this match, Kishore batted brilliantly and scored an inning of 21 runs, while Babbu Banjare bowled well for CMS and took 3 wickets for 24 runs. CMS team made the match very exciting to achieve the target of 60 runs and took 7.4 overs to chase. Today’s third match took place between Food and Drug Administration Indravati Bhawan and Mahtari Express 102 Chhattisgarh. In which the Food and Drug Administration Building was victorious.
Today’s fourth match was played between Directorate of Health Services Nava Raipur and Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare (Labor Department). In which the Health Department team won the toss and decided to bat first and could score only 44 runs in the stipulated 8 overs. There was excellent bowling from the Health Department in this match. In this match, Nitin and Mahendra Sahu bowled well on behalf of the Health Department. Nitin took 2 wickets and Mahendra took 1 wicket, restricting the Karmakar Kalyan team to a very low score. On behalf of Karmakar Kalyan’s team, Ashish played the highest innings of 22 runs. Chasing this run, Health team achieved this score in just 5.2 overs. On behalf of the Health Department team, Ved played the highest innings of 22 runs and led his team to victory.
