Adi Shankaracharya’s teachings gave a new direction to society: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that Adi Shankaracharya ji came to Madhya Pradesh from a small place in Kerala and reached the banks of Narmada Mayya and worked to bind the society in the thread of unity with a mature outlook in his childhood. His teachings gave a new direction to religion and philosophy. These teachings and philosophy are relevant even today. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav participated in the Katha Prasanga program centered on Acharya Shankar organized on Saturday evening at Ekatma Dham located in Prayagraj Mahakumbh. On this occasion, a short film based on the glimpses of Madhya Pradesh was also screened. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav earlier reached the camp of Juna Peethadheeshwar Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Swami Avdheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj in Prayagraj and received his blessings. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav discussed spirituality, culture and Sanatan traditions. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was given a warm welcome at Ekatma Dham located in Prayagraj Mahakumbh area.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has said that when we talk about unity, we remember the message of Adi Shankaracharya. There is a motto ‘yat pinde-tat brahmande’ which means everything is stable inside the body like the universe, the power which is running the universe also runs the body. Acharya Shankar lived every moment of his life with a hardworking spirit and worked for the cultural unity of the present country and Sanatan Dharma. All the resolutions taken during that period will always follow him in the animate and inanimate world.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the Madhya Pradesh government will have a role in all the events being organized by the trust in Prayagraj. The Madhya Pradesh government is always with the trust in fulfilling its objectives. There is a need to increase these efforts at a fast pace. Our Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the hero of the world’s largest democracy, came to take a dip on the banks of the Ganga. The whole country is enjoying the Kumbh.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav paid obeisance at the feet of ‘Ekatma Dham Shivir and His Holiness Shankar Bharati Maharaj, Mahaswami Founder Vedanta Bharati, Mathadhipati Yogananda Math, Mysore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav welcomed the distinguished guests on behalf of the Madhya Pradesh government. He also paid homage to Param Pujya Govind Dev Maharaj, Treasurer, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra and all other saints in Ekatma Dham.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that it seems that even today Shankaracharya ji is blessing everyone. With the prestige of Sanatan Dharma, the flag of India is seen rising high towards the sky. On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also met devotees from all over the country in Prayagraj. Many devotees from Madhya Pradesh also discussed with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and also got photographs taken.
