Raipur –Bank of Baroda Raipur Zone, under the Bharat Ratna Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Memorial Trust established by Bank of Baroda at Government Higher Secondary School, Amlidih, Raipur, felicitated two students from Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe category, who got the highest marks in the annual examination of class 10th at the school level in the last academic session 2023-24, namely Ms. Payal Dhidhi from the girl’s category and Humesh Kumar Tandi from the boy’s category, by presenting a sum of Rs 3000-3000 and a memento. On this occasion, the winning students of various Hindi competitions organized in the same school on the occasion of World Hindi Day 2025 were felicitated by Dr. Ramesh Kumar Mohanty, Deputy General Manager – Compliance & Assurance, Bank of Baroda, Raipur Zone. In these programs, Dr. R.K. Mohanty from Bank of Baroda, Ms. Nandini Chhalavani, Chief Manager (M.S. Department), Somendra Yadav, Chief Manager, Official Language, Subhash Bose, Senior Manager and Balram Day Officer, (M.S.) Department and on behalf of the school family, Nitin Kumar Talukdar, Principal, Government Higher Secondary School, Amlidih, Raipur, along with all the teachers, students and D.K. Sharma from ABB News, Raipur were also present. Principal Talukdar appreciated this noble step of the bank for encouraging the students and thanked the bank, while Dr. Mohanty, Deputy General Manager of Bank of Baroda assured that in future also the bank will take appropriate exemplary initiative for the welfare of the school and the students so that the all-round development of the students can take place.
