The flow of Mother Narmada is conscious, everyone is blessed by seeing it: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the stream of Maa Narmada is Chaitanya (conscious), everyone is blessed just by seeing it. Maa Narmada is the lifeline of the state. The irrigation area of ​​the state is more than 48 lakh hectares, out of which 40 lakh hectares of area is irrigated by the water of Maa Narmada. Just like the Paras stone turns iron into gold, similarly, as soon as water reaches, even the dry fields start yielding gold. The state government is rapidly expanding the irrigation area in the state. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has provided an amount of one lakh 75 thousand crores for the expansion of irrigation facilities, with this the Ken-Betwa and Parvati-Kali Sindh-Chambal river linking projects will be started in the state. The target of irrigation in one crore hectare area will be achieved through these projects. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing on the occasion of the inauguration of Ved Garbha Ghat on the banks of Narmada in Chipaner of Harda district.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced to approve a new ITI institute in Harda district and a fully equipped cowshed at Gondagaon at government expense. He also inaugurated development works worth Rs. 316 crore and performed Bhoomi Pujan. In the program, Managing Director of Dara Engineering Private Limited Dr. Pappu Ram Vishnoi announced to give Rs. 1 crore for the development of Vedic Vidya Peetham Chichot. On this occasion, renowned thinker Mr. Suresh Soni, State Cooperative and Sports and Youth Welfare Minister and District In-charge Minister Mr. Vishwas Sarang, Rajya Sabha MP Mrs. Maya Narolia, Narmadapuram MP Mr. Darshan Singh Chaudhary, former minister Mr. Kamal Patel, District Panchayat President Mr. Gajendra Shah, Municipal Council President Mr. Bharti Raju Kamedia, District Panchayat Vice President Mr. Darshan Singh Gehlot, former MLA Mr. Sanjay Shah, Mr. Prem Kumar, Swami Mr. Nitya Chaitanya Das Ji Maharaj and other public representatives were present.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, while referring to the fire accident in Harda, said that in order to provide immediate and proper treatment to the people trapped in such disasters, a month after this accident, the state government decided to operate free air ambulances for injured people in remote areas. The state government made arrangements to provide air ambulances by plane wherever there is an airstrip in the state and by helicopter at other places. Free airplane/helicopter service is being provided so that the poor also get timely treatment.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government is committed to the welfare of every section. Under this, poor, women, farmer and youth welfare missions are being started in the state. Through the Youth Welfare Mission, we will make 70 percent of the youth of the state self-reliant by the year 2028. Cow rearing is being encouraged from house to house through the National Dairy Development Board. Work is also going on in the direction of increasing the income of farmers through cow rearing.

On this occasion, renowned thinker Shri Suresh Soni said that Maa Narmada is life-giving for us, do not pollute it. It is the responsibility of all of us to keep the Narmada river pollution-free. He said that more and more trees should be planted around both the banks of the Narmada river because trees nourish the Narmada river. Shri Soni said that in our country, rivers are given the status of mother.

Inauguration/Bhoomi Pujan of construction works worth Rs. 316.20 crores

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated and performed bhoomi pujan of construction works worth Rs. 316.20 crores in the program. This includes bhoomi pujan of 21 works costing Rs. 130.32 crores and inauguration of 97 works costing Rs. 185.87 crores. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the ghat constructed by Narmada Valley Development Authority at village Chichot Kuti on the banks of Narmada river at a cost of Rs. 11.07 crores. In the program, bhoomi pujan of 21 works including 3 works of Women and Child Development Department, 2 of Public Works Department, 6 of PIU, 3 of Health Department, 3 of Urban Administration Department and 4 of Electricity Distribution Company was performed. Similarly, the 97 works that were inaugurated include 3 works of Women and Child Development Department, 4 of Panchayat and Rural Development Department, 29 of Public Works Department, 6 of PIU, 1 of Bridge Development Corporation, 52 of Public Health Engineering Department and 1 each of Electricity Distribution Company and Narmada Valley Development Department.
