Silt cleaning of 1000 KL capacity overhead tank of Kukurbera, Jora was done after regular water supply in the morning
After this, on 4 February, the silt cleaning of 3200 kilolitre Mathpuraina and 1000 kilolitre capacity Kachana overhead tank will be done after regular water supply in the morning. Raipur – Today, as per the orders of Raipur District Collector and Municipal Corporation Administrator Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh and as per the instructions of Municipal Corporation Commissioner Mr. Abinash Mishra, the Water Works Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur got the silt cleaning work of 1000 kilolitre capacity overhead tanks of Kukurbera and Jora done on a campaign basis. After regular water supply in the morning in Kukurbera and Jora overhead tanks, while cleaning the water tank, along with silt cleaning, chemical treatment, cleaning and painting of all chambers was also done. For this work, under the procedure as per rules, Satguru Agency and Safe Clean Agency have been contracted by the Municipal Corporation Water Works Department for silt cleaning of overhead tanks. The work of cleaning silt in Kukurbera and Jora overhead tanks was started today at 9 am through the contracted agency and was completed by 1 pm. On 4 February 2025, the silt of Kachana’s 1000 kilolitre capacity overhead tank and Mathpuraina’s 3200 kilolitre capacity overhead tank will be cleaned after the regular water supply in the morning.
