Electricity Tower Collapse in Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh Kills 3, Injures 7

Sidhi: In Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh, a tragic incident occurred when an electricity tower collapsed, resulting in the deaths of three people and leaving seven others seriously injured. According to reports, a 70-foot-high high-tension tower was being relocated in Patehra village, located in the Rampur Naikin police area, when it suddenly fell. Ten workers who were involved in shifting the tower were caught in the collapse, and unfortunately, three of them died at the scene. The seven injured individuals were rushed to the hospital for treatment. Some workers were reportedly on top of the tower at the time of the accident.
After the tower fell, efforts began to cut it apart to recover the bodies of the workers trapped underneath. Many local villagers quickly gathered at the site after hearing about the incident. Following the news, senior officials from the administration and police also arrived at the scene. All the workers involved are said to be residents of West Bengal.
