bhopal : Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the Indian judiciary has created a unique identity in the world with its decisions. He said that the beauty of the world’s largest democracy lies in the courts. Describing the decision of the Allahabad High Court as a milestone, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that only the Indian judiciary has the courage to decide against a serving Prime Minister. He said that while delivering justice, along with merit, morality should also be kept in mind. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said this at a felicitation ceremony organized by the Advocate General in Jabalpur. Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Justice Mr. Suresh Kumar Kait said that he has received more respect in Jabalpur in a short period of just three months than he received in his entire service period. Senior advocates were also felicitated along with Chief Minister Dr. Yadav and Chief Justice Justice Mr. Kait at the Advocate Felicitation Ceremony. Various judges, senior advocates including Chief Secretary Mr. Anurag Jain were present at the program.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the judiciary is the watchdog of Indian democracy. The country’s judicial system gives India a distinct identity in the world and also increases its pride. The judiciary has taken many such historic decisions which still hold their relevance. This is the beauty of our democracy. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the legislature, the executive and the judiciary are all three important parts of democracy. The executive does the work of lawmaking, while the judiciary does the work of interpreting it.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that many changes come with time, maintaining its relevance in the changing times is the unique identity of our judiciary. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the country’s judicial system has taken many such decisions in which along with merit, morality and life values ​​have also been given priority. During the Mahabharata period, the difference between the Pandavas and the Kauravas was that the Pandavas had life values ​​and morality. In the same way, Karna’s merit was no less than anyone else, but instead of morality, he had a strong feeling of revenge and lacked life values. Chief Justice Justice Shri Kait said that before joining Jabalpur, he has served in Delhi High Court, Telangana and other High Courts. He has received more respect as the Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court than the respect he received during his entire service period. Here, he has also received suggestions from senior and retired judges to improve the judicial system. We are fully hopeful that we will get full support of the state government for a better judicial system.

Senior advocates felicitated In the felicitation ceremony, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Mr. Kait and other advocates felicitated Mr. Satish Chandra Dutt, Mr. Rajendra Prasad Jaiswal, Mr. Ravish Chandra Agarwal, Mr. V. Ramesh Rao, Mr. Ravindra Singh, Mr. Ganesh Narayan Purohit, Mr. Trilochan Singh Roopraah, Mr. Imtiaz Hussain, Mr. V.S. Shrotriya and Mr. Mohanlal Jaiswal by presenting them felicitation letters.

Folk dancers’ group will get one lakh fifty one thousand rupees Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised the team of Shri Shailendra Pandey who presented the famous Ahir dance of the state in the felicitation ceremony. He also announced a reward of one lakh fifty one thousand rupees to the dance team. Judge Shri Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari, Chief Secretary Shri Anurag Jain, President of State Advocate Council Adv. Shri Radhelal Gupta, President of High Court Advocate Bar Association Adv. Shri Sanjay Agarwal, President of High Court Advocate Association Adv. Shri Dhany Kumar Jain, President of District Advocate Council Adv. Shri Manish Mishra and General Secretary of Senior Advocate Council Adv. Shri Aditya Dharmadhikari were present on the stage in the function. Advocate General Shri Prashant Singh gave the welcome address.
