bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that in the Jankalyan Abhiyan being run in the state, every eligible beneficiary will be benefited from the development schemes of the government. For this, eligible citizens will be linked to the schemes by organizing camps at the ward level in Gram Panchayat and urban areas. He said that Mauganj was left behind in the race of development. Our government made Mauganj a district and now the government itself is giving gifts of development to Mauganj. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav laid the foundation stone of Sitapur-Hanumana Lift Irrigation Project worth Rs 5041 crore. This project will provide irrigation facilities to more than 400 villages of Mauganj district. The foundation stone and inauguration of 57 construction works worth Rs 5175 crore were also done in the ceremony. The Chief Minister announced to make Khatkhari a Nagar Parishad, upgradation of two roads, construction of a stadium at Devtalab Mahavidyalaya at a cost of Rs 5 crore, construction of a civil hospital in Hanumana and various development works at Devtalab Shiva Temple at a cost of Rs 5 crore. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Jan Kalyan Parv Samaroh organized in Mauganj on Saturday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a new direction to education by incorporating Sanatan values in the new education policy. The country will not stand with anyone who opposes Sanatan values. The Chief Minister said that the entire Vindhya region including Mauganj, Rewa and Satna is a region of simplicity, straightforwardness and harmony. Lord Shri Ram spent 11 years of his exile in Chitrakoot of this region.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that every demand will be fulfilled for the development of the region. In the Jan Kalyan Abhiyan, an action plan for development works worth Rs 16,100 crore has been made for the entire state. Out of these, Mauganj district alone has received a gift of Rs 5041 crore. Development works are being done rapidly in the entire region. Today itself, the picturesque Sarsi island situated in the middle of the Bansagar Dam has been inaugurated. This will give impetus to tourism in the region. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a great gift to the farmers of Madhya Pradesh by approving one lakh 70 thousand crore rupees for two river linking projects. Prime Minister Modi is a modern Bhagirath in the true sense. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav released Rs. 332 crore as the first installment of scholarship to 60 lakh students of the state with a single click. The Chief Minister presented Akshaya Patra containing nutritious food to two pregnant and lactating women under the Poshan Aahar Yojana. The Chief Minister distributed benefits to the beneficiaries under various schemes. The Chief Minister was welcomed at the venue with the sweet sounds of tribal folk dance Gudum Baja. Women welcomed their beloved Chief Minister by showering flowers. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav honored Gau-Mata by performing Gau-Pujan and gave the message of cow conservation. The Chief Minister honored Saukhilal Yadav, who is serving more than 100 cows of Mauganj district. The Chief Minister praised the police band. In the ceremony, the Chief Minister was presented with a metal statue of Radha-Krishna and a digital Gita. In the ceremony, MLA Devtalab and former Assembly Speaker Girish Gautam and MLA Mauganj Pradeep Patel welcomed the Chief Minister and put forward their suggestions related to the development of the area.
