1.29 crore sisters will get November installment of Rs 1250
Bhopal. The Ladli sisters of the state are going to get the November installment of Rs 1250 soon. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will transfer Rs 1574 crore to the accounts of 1.29 crore Ladli sisters from Indore on November 9. It is noteworthy that under the Ladli Behna Yojana, a total of 17 installments of monthly financial assistance amount has been transferred to the beneficiary women from June 2023 to October 2024. Apart from this, special financial assistance of Rs 250 was also transferred to the beneficiary women in the months of August 2023 and 2024 (total 2 times). At the beginning of the scheme, an amount of Rs 1000 per month was paid to the eligible beneficiaries. From October 2023, the amount of monthly financial assistance was increased by Rs 250 per month.
Chief Minister Ladli Behna Yojana 2023 is being operated in the direction of women empowerment in the state. This scheme is an important step taken towards the economic self-reliance of the women of the state, continuous improvement in their health and nutrition level and strengthening their role in family decisions. In the financial year 2024-25, an amount of about Rs 18 thousand 984 crore has been provisioned under the scheme.
Effect of the scheme
Ladli Behna Yojana is included in the largest DBT scheme of the state. The large form of the scheme has played an important role in the overall empowerment of the women of the state. With this scheme, not only have women fulfilled their small financial needs, but women have also become directly familiar with the banking system to get the benefits of the scheme. This has also increased their role in family decisions and has increased the respect of women socially.
