Ubtan is recommended in Ayurveda for skin care, but our grandmothers have been using it since their time and without anyone saying anything. In those times, even after doing a thousand things, the complexion of women remained clear, the reason for which is this traditional Ubtan.
Today we are going to tell you about the Ubtan, it helps in removing dead skin cells, reducing blackness from the body, moisturizing the skin and clearing the complexion as well as solving problems like acne-pimple.
Gram flour – 1 small bowl
Rose powder – 3 teaspoons
Avarampoo powder – 2 teaspoons
Vetiver root powder – 1 teaspoon
Kasturi Manjal – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – as per requirement
First of all, take a big bowl and add gram flour, rose powder, avaram powder, vetiver powder and Kasturi Manjal i.e. Kasturi turmeric in it.
After this, mix water slowly as per requirement and prepare the solution.
After mixing all the powders well, you will see that the Ubtan has a creamy texture.
The Ubtan made from Grandma’s recipe is ready. You can use it for face wash, body scrub and body wash.
