Chief Minister Dr. Yadav followed the eternal tradition of Kanya-Pujan and Kanya-Bhoj

Bhopal. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav followed the eternal tradition of Kanya-Pujan and Kanya-Bhoj at the Chief Minister’s residence on Mahanavami of Sharadiya Navratri. Showing his immense respect for the mother power, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav today washed the feet of nine Durga Swaroopa virgin girls and worshipped them with due rituals. He reverently covered the girls with a chunari and performed aarti. During the worship, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also interacted with the girls and pampered them.

After Kanya-Pujan, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav served food to the girls with his own hands and also fed them sweets as per their liking. After Kanya Bhoj, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave dakshina and gifts to all the girls and took their blessings.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav bowed down at the feet of Mokshadayini Maa Siddhidatri and extended heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people of the state on Mahanavami of Sharadiya Navratri. He also prayed to Mata Rani for a happy and prosperous life for everyone along with the infinite blessings of Sankalp Siddhi.
