Bhopal. In the last 6 months, transfer orders have been delivered to more than one lakh farmers through Cyber Tehsil. Transfer orders were sent on e-mail and WhatsApp. Transfer orders were made in less than 20 days from Cyber Tehsil, whereas it takes more than 70 days for transfer from traditional Tehsil. Cyber Tehsil system has brought positive changes in the interest of farmers. It is worth noting that Madhya Pradesh is the first state in the country to implement the functioning of Cyber Tehsil.
Principal Revenue Commissioner Mrs. Anubha Shrivastava informed that Cyber Tehsil was started on 29 February 2024. Initially, arrangement for transfer was made from Cyber Tehsil on the basis of registry of purchase and sale of entire Khasra. After the success of Cyber Tehsil 1.0, Cyber Tehsil 2.0 was started in the month of August. With its implementation, the arrangement for transfer of purchase and sale of entire Khasra along with part of Khasra has also started from Cyber Tehsil.
Staff increased in Cyber Tehsil
For smooth functioning of Cyber Tehsil system, the number of posts of Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar has been increased from 11 to 25. Cyber Tehsil system is effective in all 55 districts, which is a completely paperless, faceless online system. In this, the applicant does not have to apply for transfer nor does he have to visit the Tehsil office. The applicant also does not have to wait for long.
Other states are also coming for study
The process of transfer in Cyber Tehsil starts with the sale deed. Immediately after the registry, the registry data is transferred to the revenue portal. After this, along with sending information to the buyer-seller through SMS, the concerned villagers are also informed through SMS. Patwari report is also received online. After this, if the case is fit, the transfer order is passed. Immediately after the order is passed, the land records are updated and the transfer order is sent to the concerned person via email or WhatsApp. This entire process is completed within a time period of 20 days. Other states are also studying the innovation of the Cyber Tehsil system of Revenue E-Court started in Madhya Pradesh for the first time in the country. The Cyber Tehsil system is being successfully operated in all the districts of the state.
