Union Labor Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said that EPFO will be transferred to the new IT system within the next three months. After this, it will be easy to claim and check balance. EPFO is preparing to launch IT System 2.01.

Problems on EPFO portal
Many people had complained to EPFO that there are problems on the portal. In July last year, officials of the retirement fund body wrote a letter to the government complaining about the old software system. Some people were facing problems in logging in to the EPFO portal and in claim settlement.
Users believe that there is a lot of load on the portal, due to which there are problems in controlling the traffic. EPFO is going to introduce a new system. All problems will be resolved within the next three months.
