Illegal construction done in an area of ​​about 300 sq. ft. on government land near Sarathi Chowk was removed.

Today, as per the orders of Raipur Municipal Corporation Commissioner Abinash Mishra and as per the instructions of Zone 4 Zone Commissioner Arun Dhruv, in the presence of Zone Executive Engineer Sanjay Verma, Assistant Engineer Deepak Dewangan, Deputy Engineer Ajay Srivastava, Manisha Nirala, with the help of 3D and workers, the illegal construction done in an area of ​​about 300 sq. ft. on government land near Sarathi Chowk of Brahmanpara Ward No. 44 of Municipal Corporation Zone 4 area was removed. After giving 3 notices and final notice to the concerned illegal builder as per rules, when the illegal construction was not removed by him on his own, a campaign was launched to remove the illegal construction done on government land.
The concerned illegal builder was allotted a lease in an area of ​​700 sq. ft. near Sarathi Chowk. After this, he had illegally occupied about 300 sq. ft. of government land and started illegal construction and started operating business activities against the rules by opening a shop on residential land. As soon as the complaint was received by the Municipal Corporation, the site was inspected by Zone 4 officials. In which the complaint received was found to be correct. As per rules, 3 notices were issued by Zone 4 to the concerned illegal builder to remove the illegal construction done on government land. After this, the final notice was given.
When the concerned illegal builder did not remove the illegal construction on his own, on the instructions of the Commissioner, Zone 4 Urban Investment Department, along with the team of Municipal Headquarters Urban Investment Flying Squad, conducted a campaign and took action to demolish and remove the illegal construction done on government land and effectively stopped the business activities being conducted against the rules by freeing the government land from occupation.
