CM and Speaker of the Assembly reviewed the work of the under-construction assembly building

CM Vishnudev Sai and Speaker of the Assembly Dr. Raman Singh reviewed the progress of construction of the new assembly building on Thursday. The new assembly building of the state will be ready by June 2025. This meeting was held in the Chief Minister’s residence office.

Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh said that the construction work of the new assembly building is 66 percent complete. The construction of the structure will be completed by December, after which the interior work will start. The new assembly building will be illuminated by solar energy. Dr. Raman said that preparations are on to inaugurate the new assembly building by PM Narendra Modi.

Dr. Raman said that the new assembly building will set an example for the country. This building will be completely illuminated by solar energy. Special focus is also being done on greenery in the new assembly building.

In this meeting, along with CM Vishnudev Sai, Speaker of the Assembly Dr. Raman Singh, PWD Minister Arun Saw, School Education Minister Brijmohan Agarwal, Finance Minister OP Choudhary, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain were present.
