Today, as soon as the team of Zone No. 5 Health Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur received public complaint, to get information about the situation, a surprise inspection of the cleanliness system of 14 shops in GE Road, Chowpatty under the zone was conducted on the instructions of Zone 5 Zone Commissioner Sushil Kumar Chaudhary. During site inspection, it was found that the concerned shopkeepers were spreading filth in Chowpatty, GE Road and the public complaint received was found to be true. On the instructions of Zone 5 Zone Commissioner, the Zone Health Department immediately imposed a fine of Rs 11200 on 14 concerned shopkeepers and issued a strict warning as per the rules for the future and the public complaint received at the zone level was immediately resolved.
