According to the orders of Municipal Corporation Mayor Ejaz Dhebar and Commissioner Abinash Mishra, the team of Municipal Corporation Zone Number 8, under the zone area, collected about 60 vegetables and about 40 vegetables from the vegetable market set up on the road every Thursday in Mahadevghat Raipura main road under the zone area. In this way, about 100 pushcart traders have been taken from Raipura main road and settled in the vendor zone identified by the Municipal Corporation Zone No. 8 near Mahadevghat immersion pond. Due to this, the residents, drivers and pedestrians are facing traffic jams. There has been a lot of immediate relief as the discomfort has gone away. Municipal Corporation Zone 8 Zone Commissioner Mr. Arun Dhruv and Executive Engineer Abhishek Gupta said that Zone 8 has banned setting up of street markets on Raipura main road in future. Till now, due to the weekly market being organized on the main road every Thursday, residents, drivers and pedestrians were facing a lot of inconvenience due to traffic jam on the road. Every Thursday, about 60 vegetable traders and about 40 pushcart traders from the road market on Mahadevghat main road have been arranged by taking them to the identified vendor zone near the immersion pond site. Due to this action of the team of Zone 8, the residents of the area along with drivers and pedestrians have got immediate relief from the problem of traffic jam due to setting up of market on the road. Municipal Corporation Zone 8 has completely banned setting up of markets on Raipura main road in future. In future, if a situation arises where a market is set up on the road, strict action will be taken as per rules.
