Water chestnut flour puri will become fluffy and soft
Water chestnut flour does not stick like wheat flour, which makes it difficult to knead the dough and it does not become uniform.
To knead the water chestnut flour properly, you will need to add boiled potatoes to it. Take out the water chestnut flour in a plate or a vessel as per your convenience, add rock salt, cumin powder and green chillies to it.
Now you have to divide the kneaded dough into small balls. Then put a pan on the gas and add oil or ghee. Place the small balls on a plain area and sprinkle dry water chestnut flour and roll the puris.
