Know the method of making Poha Vada

Take poha in a large strainer. Wash it 1-2 times by gently swifting them with your fingers under running water

Drain all the water from soaked poha and mash well with hand

Add rice flour, onion, capsicum, carrot, coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, chat masala and mix everything well together

Knead it like dough. Add a little water if needed

Take small portion from the dough and roll it like  vada

Heat up oil on medium heat in a pan and drop vada in hot oil

After frying vade for about 2-3 minutes from one side, flip them over and fry well from other side too

When vade are fried well from both sides take them out, drain excess oil and transfer into a dish

Poha vada is all ready You can have then as it is or with chutney or sauce.
