Water is vital to our health. It plays key role in many of our body's functions.

Women should have about 2 litres (8 cups) of fluids and men about 2.6 litres (10 cups).

Water make up 60% of your total body weight and 70% of your muscles, row meat is about 75% water and fruits and vegetables up to 95% water.

Increases the production of new blood cells water make up 83% of your blood.

Support the growth and reproduction of cells, lubricate joints to help us move prevent constipation.

Lessens the burden on the kidneys and liver by flushing out waste products.
