This samosa is made from two healthy flours. Almond and tapioca flour have been used to make this samosa.

Mix the flour with 1 cup almond flour and knead it and let it rest. Then fry roasted cumin seeds, ginger-garlic paste, chopped green chillies in ghee in a pan.

If you want to make healthy samosas then do not fry the samosas in oil for too long. Take them out and wipe off the excess oil with a tissue.
