
Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that it is our priority to take Madhya Pradesh to new heights of development. Today, every corner of the state is adorned with development works. We are making efforts to make the farmers and cattle rearers of the state self-reliant by increasing their income. By accelerating milk production, we will make Madhya Pradesh a milk capital by the year 2028. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that not only buffalo milk, our government will now also buy cow milk. We will also pay a higher price for the purchase of cow milk. Through Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Kamdhenu Yojana, we have decided that on setting up a cowshed unit with 25 cows and up to Rs 42 lakh, the milk and other products will belong to the cattle rearer, the government will give Rs 10 lakh to the cattle rearer as incentive grant. The Chief Minister said that on the construction of big cowsheds, the government will waive up to 25 percent of the investment cost as grant. On the demand of local public representatives, the Chief Minister talked about development of the religious places of the region, Koteshwar and Virupaksha Mahadev. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inauguration and Bhoomi Pujan program of development works organized in Kundal village of Ratlam Rural Assembly constituency on Sunday. The Chief Minister inaugurated and performed Bhoomi Pujan of 57 different development works costing about Rs 246 crore by pressing the remote button. This includes the inauguration of 37 works worth Rs 158.64 crore and Bhoomi Pujan of works worth Rs 87.27 crore.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also approved the proposed drinking water scheme of Rs 113 crore and Morkundwa irrigation scheme for the convenience of the regional villagers. The Chief Minister said that after conducting a test between Ratlam and Khachrod, a four-lane road will be built at a cost of Rs 220 crore. He said that the people of Sailana should not worry, the government is standing with them every moment in public interest. The difficulties being faced by Sailana residents due to Kharmor Bird Sanctuary will be resolved by finding a proper solution. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that we are soon starting public bus transport service again in the state through ‘Mukhyamantri Sugam Parivahan Bus Seva Yojana’. It will also start from Malwa region. The Chief Minister said that an excellent green corridor is being built from Javra to Ujjain. Ratlam district will get the maximum benefit from this. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that ‘on one side there is a lot of people, on the other side there is Ratlam’, this is the old identity of the people of this district. The gold jewellery, namkeen and oil kachori here have given Ratlam a distinct identity in the whole world. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that with the inspiration and guidance of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Madhya Pradesh is now moving from being a developing state to a self-reliant and developed state. He said that the poor, the helpless and the needy need the government the most, so it is our responsibility to bring new light in the lives of all of them. We will not let anyone be deprived of the benefits of development. He said that very soon the ground breaking ceremony of PM Mitra Park is going to be held near Badnawar in Dhar district near Ratlam. This park will provide direct employment to around one lakh people.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government has brought many gifts for the farmers. We will supply water to every village and farm of Ratlam district through Parvati-Kali Sindh-Chambal National River Linking Project. He said that solar power pumps will be given to all the farmers. With this, farmers will generate electricity themselves for irrigation in their fields. Through solar pumps, we will free the farmers from electricity bills forever. The Chief Minister said that now our government is providing free air ambulance and helicopter service to take even the poorest of the poor to big cities for treatment along with free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh. He said that under the Rahveer Yojana, if any injured person lying on the road is taken to the nearest hospital, our government will provide treatment of the injured person up to Rs 1.5 lakh and will give a reward of Rs 25 thousand to the person who takes the injured to the hospital. The Chief Minister said that this is a scheme to replace humanity. The state government is concerned about the welfare of everyone.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government will recruit 2.5 lakh government posts in the next 5 years. All the vacant posts in the police department will be filled in the next three years. Apart from providing help to the investor on setting up employment based industries, we will also give incentives at the rate of Rs 5000 per person to the industrialists who employ local youth in their industry. This amount will be given to the local person who has been employed. The Chief Minister said that we will build a permanent house for everyone. No one will be deprived of a permanent house. The Chief Minister said that from the upcoming Diwali Bhai Dooj, our government will give Rs 1500 per month to all Ladli Bahis. Increasing it year after year, this amount given to Ladli Bahis will be increased to Rs 3000 per month in the next five years. Ratlam-Jhabua Lok Sabha constituency MP Mrs. Anita Nagar Singh Chauhan and Ratlam Rural MLA Mr. Mathuralal Damor also addressed the program. They put forward proposals to the Chief Minister regarding issues related to regional development. At the beginning of the program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by wearing a turban, bandi, silver bracelet, which are the identity of tribal tradition and giving him a bow and arrow. On this occasion, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Shri Chaitanya Kumar Kashyap, MLA Jawara Dr. Rajendra Pandey, District Panchayat President Smt. Lalabai Chandravanshi, former minister Shri Himmat Kothari, former MP Shri Guman Singh Damor, public representatives and a large number of villagers were present.
