A call from District Panchayat CEO Rajesh Jain, filled with offensive language, was put on speakerphone, causing outrage among the staff.

‘Shoes’ and Strong Words-The District Panchayat CEO’s words, directed at secretaries and employment assistants, were particularly harsh. He threatened to beat anyone who didn’t work hard, even if they were associated with an MLA or MP. This added insult to injury, pushing the staff to their breaking point.

Staff Walkout and Complaints-Angered by the language used, the secretaries and employment assistants immediately walked out of the meeting. They proceeded to the Collectorate to file a complaint against the District Panchayat CEO. Although Collector Aditya Singh attempted to calm the situation, the matter continued to escalate.

Mass Leave and Growing Anger-On Tuesday, the secretaries and employment assistants collectively took leave to demonstrate their anger and displeasure. This mass leave underscored the growing discontent among the staff and raised questions about the officials’ conduct and work style.

MLA’s Direct Complaint- MLA Raghuvanshi also took a direct approach, meeting with Chief Minister Mohan Yadav to lodge a complaint, presenting newspaper clippings as evidence. The Chief Minister took the matter seriously, immediately instructing the Chief Secretary to investigate.
