Bastar is growing and Chhattisgarh is improving due to Vishnu’s good governance – Kedar Kashyap
Dantewada: Finance Minister OP Choudhary presented the budget today during the budget session of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly. Reacting to the budget, Chhattisgarh Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap said that this budget is a budget that fulfills the BJP’s motto “We have built it, we will improve it”. Minister Kedar Kashyap said about Budget 2025 that Chhattisgarh is progressing very fast under the Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai government. Fulfilling the purpose with which former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee had created Chhattisgarh, the Sai government has now started running on the path of development. Today’s budget shows that we have taken Chhattisgarh out of the Congress’s timeless era and taken it forward. Bastar had strayed from the path of development during the Congress government. Bastar had become a center of corruption. A provision of crores has been made in this budget for such a remote Bastar. It is clear from this that we have built it and we are improving it.
Bastar will grow in the field of education, health and self-reliance. Regarding the budget, Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap said that our government is moving forward in the direction of providing employment to the youth of Bastar. The work of Bastar Fighters in the direction of ending Naxalism has been commendable. And keeping this in mind, the Vishnudev Sai government has made a provision for the creation of 3200 additional fighter posts in this budget. Due to which the youth of Bastar will get employment opportunities. In the last five years of Congress, not a single nursing college was built in the state, our BJP government has made a provision to build a nursing college in Dantewada district in this budget. In this way, a total of 12 new nursing colleges are going to be built in the state. At the same time, a provision of ten crores has been made for Ramakrishna Mission Ashram, Abujhmad for educational provisions to work in the field of education. Minister Kedar Kashyap said that the DMF amount was misused and distributed indiscriminately during the rule of Congress. Every person in Chhattisgarh knows that our BJP government has decided to build a medical college in Dantewada with an amount of more than Rs 250 crore from DMF. He said that we will set many such examples of good use of DMF. Our BJP’s Vishnudev Sai government dedicated to the preservation and development of culture
Kedar Kashyap said about the budget that a provision of Rs 11 crore 50 lakh has been made in the budget 2025 for the preservation of Devgudi and development of culture. Which shows that the BJP government is a government dedicated to the preservation and development of culture. Not only this, provision for creating employment opportunities through tourism in Bastar and Surguja has been included in this budget. A small village of Bastar like Dhudmaras has succeeded in setting a record at the world level, this is the contribution of our Sai government. We all have seen the success of Bastar Olympics. In this budget, 5 crores have been provided for Bastar Olympics, 2 crores for promoting yoga in Bastar, 2 crores for Bastar Madai and Bastar Marathon. Bastar is rapidly progressing on the path of development. Minister Kedar Kashyap said that realizing the dreams of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the duo of Prime Minister Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai government is moving ahead in the direction of river linking. A provision has been made in the budget for survey work to link Indravati and Godavari rivers with other rivers of Chhattisgarh. At the same time, our government is going to implement Atal Irrigation Scheme through which a target has been set to develop irrigation in more than one lakh hectare area by spending 5000 crores. Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap said that our government is dedicated to the development of Bastar, which is clearly reflected in this budget.
