Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai attended the Atal Sushasan Samaroh at Saliatoli in Jashpur
Raipur 25 December 2024: Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, while addressing the Atal Sushasan Samaroh organized at Saliatoli in Kunkuri on the birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee today, said that today is the centenary birth anniversary year of our revered leader, the creator of Chhattisgarh, Bharat Ratna, former Prime Minister late Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji. We are celebrating this year as Atal Nirman Varsh. We all celebrate Atal ji’s birth anniversary as Good Governance Day. Today Chhattisgarh is celebrating its silver jubilee and has emerged as the 26th state in the map of India, so Atal ji’s visionary thinking was behind this. Atal ji not only fulfilled the promise made to the people of Chhattisgarh but also helped in every possible way to develop the new state. We are engaged in developing Chhattisgarh in accordance with the way Atal ji had envisioned development in the state of Chhattisgarh. Following the ideals of good governance that he has set before us, we have adopted digital governance at every level of administration. For effective implementation of good governance, we have formed the Department of Good Governance and Convergence. Through innovations like Atal Monitoring App, Single Window System 2.0, e-Office, Sugam App, Sangwari App, we are adopting digital governance at every level. This has ensured transparency in administration. Atal ji was concerned about the farmers. After the formation of Chhattisgarh, we created a good model of paddy procurement. Today, the farmers of Chhattisgarh get the highest price for paddy.
Chief Minister Sai said that for women empowerment, we are giving one thousand rupees every month in the accounts of 70 lakh mothers and sisters. Within a year, we drove out the Maoists from their most secure areas. Now Maoism is breathing its last. This has opened a new path of development in Bastar. A wave of happiness has come in the tribal areas through schemes like PM Janman Yojana and Niyyad Nella Nar. Through the new industrial policy, we have set a target of investing Rs 2.5 lakh crore, which will create employment opportunities for five lakh people. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai announced construction of auditorium in Kunkuri and Jashpur, Rs 5 crore for development of Kunkuri town, Rs 20 lakh for Kunkuri indoor stadium, construction of two entrance gates in village panchayat Narayanpur Ogheshwar Ashram, establishment of link court in Tapkara tehsil, Rs 25 lakh for construction of community hall in Housing Board Colony Saliatoli and Rs 25 lakh for furniture and library in Bar Association Kunkuri.
Chief Minister Sai released the special logo of Jashpur district, annual progress sheet, Jashpure calendar and calendar of tourist places of Jashpur in the program “Atal Sushasan Samaroh” organized on the auspicious occasion of birth centenary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee ji. He also congratulated the beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana (Rural) and PM Janman Awas Yojana by handing over the keys of their newly constructed houses. He visited the stalls based on the achievements of various government departments at the Atal Good Governance Celebration and provided beneficiary-oriented material to the beneficiaries under beneficiary-oriented schemes. On this occasion, MLAs Smt. Gomti Sai and Raimuni Bhagat, wife of the Chief Minister Smt. Kaushalya Sai, District Panchayat Chairperson Smt. Shanti Bhagat, Krishna Kumar Rai, Nagar Palika Vice-Chairman Rajesh Gupta, Rampratap Singh, Yash Pratap Singh Judeo, Sunil Gupta, Rohit Sai along with other public representatives and a large number of villagers were present.
