The world’s largest democratic festival started on 19 April. Today is the second phase of this festival. In the second phase, voters from 13 states will decide the fate of candidates on 88 seats. Of the 88 seats where voting is taking place in this phase, BJP has more than half the seats i.e. 52, while Congress has 22 seats.
