Union Minister of State Ramdas Athawale made a courtesy call on Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai
Raipur 1 July 2025: Union Minister of State for Social Justice and Empowerment Ramdas Athawale paid a courtesy call on Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai today at Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhawan. Chief Minister Sai gave him a warm welcome by presenting a shawl, coconut and a memento. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai had a detailed discussion regarding the schemes run by the state government for the socially and educationally backward classes, the elderly and the disabled. He informed about the efforts of the state government towards the effective implementation of the centrally sponsored schemes. Union Minister of State Athawale praised the social welfare programs being run by the Chhattisgarh government and said that the state government is playing an active role in taking the central schemes to the grassroots level. He said that the Central and State Governments will continue to work in coordination and with dedication for the upliftment of the weaker sections of the society. Forest Minister Kedar Kashyap was also present on this occasion.
