Tribute to Dr. Khubchand Baghel on his death anniversary, Councilor Avtar Baghel and social workers paid tribute

Raipur – Today, on the death anniversary of Doctor Khubchand Baghel, the pioneer of Chhattisgarh state and first visionary, a brief floral tribute was organized under the aegis of the Culture Department of Municipal Corporation Raipur, with the cooperation of Municipal Corporation Zone No. 4, to pay respectful homage to him in front of his statue site located near Naveen Market Phool Chowk on G.E. Road in the capital city of Raipur. Newly elected ward councilor of Indira Gandhi Ward No. 27 of Municipal Corporation Raipur, Avtar Bagal, along with women, social workers and dignitaries, paid homage to Doctor Khubchand Baghel on his death anniversary at the statue site.
