Trials for residential girls hockey sports academy will start from today

Residential girls hockey sports academy is being started in Raipur from this year. State level selection trials are being organized in Raipur from 17 to 19 July from 7 pm for the selection of players for the academy.

Girls hockey players of the state and players of 13-17 age group from other states can participate in the selection trials, in which registration and document verification of players on the first day, medical examination and physical efficiency test will be done at Swami Vivekananda Stadium in Kota and sports skill test on the second and third day at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel International Hockey Stadium Pitch-01.

Players will be selected on the basis of excellent performance in the selection trials. The players selected for the 30-seat residential sports academy will be provided free accommodation, food, educational expenses, sports apparel, playing kit, accident insurance etc. facilities by the government.
