With the increasing heat and humidity in summer, the risk of food poisoning also increases. Problems like upset stomach, vomiting and diarrhea become common. Food kept in the open, dirty water, and half-cooked street food are most favorable for these bacteria. Therefore, it is very important to be more careful about food items in summer. Store food properly – It is very important to store food properly in summer. Food kept in the open does not remain safe for more than an hour. While cooking, it is very important to take care of cleanliness and correct temperature. Do not compromise your health for the sake of taste.
