Raipur 21 June 2025: Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai today attended the grand conference and Pratibha Samman ceremony of Sarva Nai Sen Samaj organized at Mahuatoli of Kunkuri in Jashpur district. Chief Minister Sai said in his address that the barber community is known as a hardworking and self-reliant community. Many people of the Sen community are today achieving special achievements on the basis of their talent in education, business, administration and technical fields. Chief Minister Sai said that this year the state topper of class 12th, Akhil Sen, belongs to this community. The entrepreneur from Indore, who is going to establish an AI data center in Raipur, also belongs to the Sen community. The Chief Minister paid tributes to Bharat Ratna Late. Remembering Karpoori Thakur ji, he said that the contribution of Sen community in the development of the country has been remarkable. Chief Minister Sai said that from birth to funeral, no ritual is complete without the contribution of Sen community. The role of this community in various rituals of the society is very special.
Education is the key to the progress of society: Chief Minister Chief Minister Sai, emphasizing the importance of education, said that education is not only a means of getting employment, but is the key to personality development. He said that the state government is constantly taking policy decisions to improve the quality of education of children. Now all the major educational institutions of national level are being established in the state. On this occasion, Chief Minister Sai announced the approval of ₹10 lakh for the expansion of the social building of Sen Samaj located at Kunkuri and ₹10 lakh for the construction of boundary wall. Ms. Mona Sen, President of Chhattisgarh Hair Shilpi Board, said on this occasion that Mahtari Vandan Yojana is becoming a strong basis for the economic empowerment and self-respect of the women of the state. He said that this scheme has instilled a new confidence in the mothers and sisters and the public welfare schemes of the government are becoming the basis for the all-round development of all sections of the state.
