Raipur 19 November 2024: Chief Minister  Vishnudev Sai told the CRPF jawans that the way you have achieved historic successes in the direction of ending Naxal terror during the last 11 months is being praised all over the country. With the contribution you are making to the development of Bastar by staying away from your family and sacrificing comforts, you have made a place for yourself forever in the hearts of the tribal communities here. Chief Minister Sai was addressing the jawans at the Sedwa Camp of Central Reserve Police Force in Bastar district.

 

On Chief Minister Vishndev Sai’s sudden arrival at the CRPF camp, the soldiers welcomed him warmly with surprise and happiness.

Chief Minister  Sai, while talking to the security forces’ soldiers in a friendly manner, said that when I came to Chitrakote for the meeting of Bastar Area Tribal Development Authority, it was my great desire to meet all of you soldiers. All of you have contributed a lot to the success that has been achieved on the Naxal front in Chhattisgarh in the last 11 months. I salute the courage of all of you. The success that all of you are getting in the Naxal operation is being praised all over the country. Whenever I meet Prime Minister  Narendra Modi, he definitely mentions the success that Chhattisgarh is getting in the Naxal operation. Home Minister  Amit Shah has been providing continuous guidance and support in the Naxal operation.

Chief Minister  Sai said that in Bastar, we have resolved to completely eradicate Naxalism by the year 2026. This is also the message of our illustrious Prime Minister  Narendra Modi and Home Minister  Amit Shah.

In Bastar, police and security forces have killed more than 200 Naxalites in a short period of time. More than 740 Maoist cadres have surrendered. They have abandoned violence and joined the mainstream of democracy. The government has made such a policy for the rehabilitation of Naxalites who have abandoned violence that in the coming days, even more Naxalites will surrender in large numbers.


On the request of the security force personnel to spend the night in the camp, they also spent the night in the camp.
