The judicial system and democracy have been enriched by new laws: Chief Minister Dr. Yadav

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that getting justice is the legal right of every citizen of the country. The sole aim of the entire justice system is to provide timely justice to the plaintiff. While protecting the right to get justice, our government is making every possible effort to provide easy and accessible justice to every citizen of the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that providing timely justice is a social formula, which all of us should follow with full sincerity in our respective spheres. He said that since the princely era, Rewa region has always been a leader in terms of justice system. In this direction, another new era has begun in Rewa today. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the inauguration ceremony of the newly constructed District Court Complex in Rewa on Sunday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav described this newly constructed building as a temple of justice and expressed confidence that every person coming to this building will get easy, accessible and complete justice. He said that in the true sense, Emperor Vikramaditya had laid the foundation stone of a strong justice system in the country and even today his same rich tradition is flowing uninterruptedly. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that in the last one and a half years, more than 30 small and big court buildings have been inaugurated in the state for the betterment of the judicial system and this process will continue in future as well.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that our government is moving forward rapidly to create a positive environment in the district court for every person who wants to get justice. The Chief Minister said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi made new laws to make the judicial system more effective. Referring to the major decisions given by the Supreme Court in the last few years, he said that these decisions have increased the faith in the country’s judicial system in everyone’s hearts. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the judiciary of the country has taken an important decision and has now removed the black band of the Goddess of Justice, so that the Goddess of Justice can give justice to everyone with open eyes, this is an unprecedented initiative. Justice and deep faith in the judicial system is the identity of us Indians. Protection of the rights of others as well as oneself is also a culture. We all have to take this culture further together. Congratulating the people of Rewa for the well-equipped new court building, he said that this building will become a center of faith in justice in protecting the rights and interests of all. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that Rewa has a glorious tradition of justice. Lord Shri Ram has blessed this land by spending 11 years of his exile in Chitrakoot of Rewa state. His inspiration has given the strength to realize the concept of Ram Rajya.
Supreme Court Judge Surya Kant said that the Madhya Pradesh government is progressing rapidly in all areas. With the active cooperation of the government, we have received the gift of 30 new court buildings. All the facilities related to the judicial system are available in the new court building of Rewa. This will fulfill the needs of the next 50 years. Human values should be established in the new building and impartial justice should be given through an effective judicial system. A strong judicial system is necessary for the progress of the country. Supreme Court Judge J.K. Maheshwari said that Raja Vishwanath Singh had established two courts in Rewa years ago. Justice was given in the Metakshara Court according to the traditions of Hindu religion and on religious basis in the Dharmasabha. The new court building is a unique amalgamation of Bagheli architecture and modernity. Only when there is compassion, prudence and justice in this building, its soul will awaken. Supreme Court Judge Satish Chandra Sharma said that the history of law in Rewa is very important. Emerging from this soil, GP Singh became the Chief Justice of the High Court and Justice JS Verma became the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. Many judges and advocates from here are spreading the shine of their talent in the High Court and the Supreme Court.
Chief Justice of Madhya Pradesh High Court Suresh Kumar Kait said that due to the efforts of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, the state has got 30 new buildings. The grand court building of Rewa has 40 courts and seating arrangement for 750 lawyers. There are more cases in Madhya Pradesh High Court but the number of judges is less. To resolve the cases, it is necessary to appoint 32 new judges in the High Court. The gift of district court building brought happiness and pride: Deputy Chief Minister Shukla Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that the gift of new district court building for Rewa has brought happiness and pride. Not only Rewa but the entire Vindhya is developing rapidly. A large amount of coal is also produced here along with the production of 40 million tonnes of cement and 15 thousand megawatts of electricity. With the construction of railway line, four-lane roads and airport in Vindhya, development has accelerated in every field. The Chief Minister and the judges have increased our pride by participating in the inauguration of the new building of the court. If our judicial system is strengthened, then our democracy will also become strong. At the function, High Court portfolio judge Sanjeev Sachdeva said that the judicial system of Rewa is older than the country’s constitution. Even during the times of monarchy Vindhya Pradesh, there was a strong judicial system here. Cases of 21 districts of Baghelkhand and Bundelkhand were resolved from Rewa High Court. The new court building will give a new dimension to the judicial tradition of Rewa. High Court judge Sanjay Dwivedi gave the welcome address. High Court judge Vishal Mishra, Advocate General Prashant Singh, Principal Secretary Justice Department N.P. Singh, MP Janardan Mishra, Sirmaur MLA Divyaraj Singh, Mangawan MLA Engineer Narendra Prajapati, District Panchayat Chairperson Mrs. Neeta Kol were present at the function. Principal District and Sessions Judge Rakesh Mohan Pradhan welcomed the guests by presenting mementoes. Commissioner B.S.
