Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was accorded a warm welcome and honour by the Ministry employee family in the Ministry premises on Tuesday. The Ministry family honoured Chief Minister Dr. Yadav by presenting him a silver replica of the Lotus flower.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his gratitude to the ministry family and said that all the state employees deserve respect and praise, because due to their diligence and collective hard work, Madhya Pradesh is being recognized as the leading state of the country today. State employees are Karma Yogis in the true sense. They are the pivot of the state’s governance and administration system. State employees should perform their official duties with full dedication and hard work, the government will take full care of all their interests and incentives. He said that the government is moving forward in the direction of filling all the vacant posts gradually. Soon all the vacant posts will be filled. On the issue of promotion, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government is taking all the necessary steps with full seriousness to give promotion to government servants by discussing with both the parties related to this matter. Soon a positive solution to the matter will be found and the deserving will be promoted.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the government is moving ahead with the intention of getting all state employees insured. The government intends that all state employees should also have their own houses. The government wants to help state employees in educating their children. He said that the full advantage of the ability and competence of every employee-officer of the state will be taken and its proper use will be made for the betterment of the state. He said that all state employees are an integral part of the governance system, hence the government will leave no stone unturned to promote their interests. He said that the interest of the state lies in the interest of the employees and the interest of the nation lies in the interest of the state.
Coordinator of the program, Mr. Subhash Verma, while giving the welcome address, thanked the Chief Minister Dr. Yadav for giving Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Secretariat Allowance and all other employee friendly decisions to the state employees like the Central Government and also submitted his demand letter.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp and garlanding the picture of Bharat Mata. The Chief Minister was welcomed by the Ministry family by presenting a flower bouquet and a plant. At the end of the program, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also participated in the Tiranga Yatra organized by the Ministry family. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav led the Yatra by carrying the tricolor and sent it towards its destination.
In the program, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Minister and Bhopal District In-charge Minister Shri Chetan Kumar Kashyap, regional MLA Shri Bhagwan Das Sabnani, besides Shri Kuldeep Gurjar, Shri Ghanshyam Das Bhakoria, Shri Sanjay Rathore, Shri GP Singh, Presidents, Vice Presidents of Ministry Officers and Employees Unions, other officials and a large number of employees of the Ministry were present.
