An excellent example of strong partnership between government and private sector Deputy Chief Minister Shukla appreciated the contribution of Akshaya Patra Foundation at the national level. He said that this model is an excellent example of strong partnership between the government and private sector. This organization is providing nutritious food to about 22 lakh 50 thousand children in more than 23 thousand schools in 16 states and 2 union territories across India. It is noteworthy that under the mid-day meal scheme, food is being provided to about 35 thousand children of 645 schools from the kitchen of Akshaya Patra Foundation located in Bhopal.
