The city will get the gift of another flyover
Bhopal. Cooperative Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang inspected the proposed flyover bridge construction site at Prabhat Square. Minister Mr. Sarang said that at Prabhat Square, there will be traffic below, flyover above and metro above it. This will facilitate the residents in commuting.
Going to the railway station will be easy
Minister Mr. Sarang said that this is a gift for the residents of the area as well as the people of Bhopal and BHEL. This facility will provide relief to the traffic and people going towards the railway station. Minister Mr. Sarang made a joint visit to the proposed site with the officials of the district administration along with officials of PWD Bridge, Metro, Municipal Corporation, Electricity Distribution Company, Police and Revenue.
The committee will do departmental coordination
Minister Mr. Sarang said that a committee has been formed to complete the work within the time limit. This committee will speed up the work by establishing coordination with all the departments. The committee will try to remove the obstacles and difficulties coming in the work by bringing them to the fore. The committee will hold meetings with the concerned departments from time to time and prepare a timeline. The plan is to prepare the flyover in about 8 to 9 months.
Action plan for grade separation and metro
Minister Mr. Sarang said that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will perform the Bhoomi Pujan for this gift for Bhopal. He said that all the concerned departments will work in coordination in the plan for the development of ROB from ITI Tiraha to Bogda Bridge. The action plan for grade separation and metro will be finalized soon.
Focus on left turn clearance
Minister Mr. Sarang said that in the above work, attention will be given to left turn clearance development on priority basis. Metro and PWD will work in mutual coordination. Minister Mr. Sarang directed the Public Works Officers to immediately start the work of widening the culvert and service road on the drain located near the Capital Petrol Pump. Mayor Mrs. Malti Rai along with other public representatives and officers of the concerned departments were present on this occasion.
