The applicant was upset due to non-installation of new electricity meter, complained in call center, solution was found within hours

Vinod Sahu, resident of Raipur Sakra, had applied in the electricity office for a new meter connection but was upset due to delay in installation of meter connection, he complained in the Collector Problem Solving Call Center. The solution was found even before 24 hours of filing the complaint. His complaint was forwarded to the officials of the Electricity Department under the direction of Collector Dr. Gaurav Kumar Singh. The department immediately checked the meter connection application and went to the house and installed a new meter. The applicant Mr. Sahu expressed happiness with the immediate action and thanked Chief Minister Mr. Vishnudev Sai and the district administration.
