Bhopal: Higher Education, Technical Education and AYUSH Minister Shri Inder Singh Parmar held a review meeting of the Technical Education Department in the Pratikshha located in the Secretariat. Minister Shri Parmar held an extensive discussion regarding the establishment of MPIT on the lines of IIT and gave necessary guidelines. Minister Shri Parmar also gave instructions for timely audit of grant-in-aid institutions. Detailed discussions were also held in the meeting regarding Coding Labs, Center of Excellence, Digital University and National Defense University. Discussions were also held regarding recruitment, filling of posts and promotions. Shri Parmar also received updated information on admissions in Polytechnic and Engineering Colleges. Principal Secretary Technical Education Shri Vivek Porwal and Commissioner Technical Education Shri Awadhesh Sharma along with departmental officers were present in the meeting.
