Team India’s practice session in Florida cancelled, two players may return

The Indian team’s practice session scheduled for June 14 in Florida has been cancelled due to rain. Team India will take on Canada on Saturday at the Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill. Rohit Sharma and Co have so far won all their matches in the group stage at the 2024 T20 World Cup. Team India defeated Ireland by eight wickets in their opening match and then beat Pakistan by six runs in a low-scoring thriller. India made it to the Super-8s by defeating the USA by seven wickets at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York.

Media reports have also revealed that Shubman Gill and Avesh Khan will leave the team after India’s last group match against Canada. Both will be released and both will return to India. Both of them have gone to the US as part of the reserve. At the same time, two more reserve players Khaleel Ahmed and Rinku Singh will remain with the team.
