Taraud school shines with the light of education, four new teachers were appointed through rationalization

The children of the village are happy to get the news of the posting of teachers

The zeal to study is visible on the faces of the children

Raipur, 06 June 2025: A new hope for education has arisen in Taraud, a small village in Balod district, which was once struggling with a shortage of teachers. Where earlier the entire school was running on the strength of just one teacher, now there is an atmosphere of excitement in the village with the news of the appointment of four subject specialist teachers here. This initiative of the Chhattisgarh government has filled the children, parents and the entire village with a new energy regarding education. This government high school with about 60 students was struggling with a shortage of teachers for the last two years. Studies were disrupted, it was impossible for one teacher to handle the responsibility of all the subjects. The concern of parents about the future of the children was increasing. But the rationalization initiative under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai has shown a ray of hope to this darkness. Rationalization is actually a well-organized process to remove the unequal distribution of teachers and resources, in which qualified teachers are deployed in needy schools. Under this scheme, four new teachers have been posted in Taraud’s high school, who are of different subjects. With this, now the study of every subject will be regular and of good quality.

The words of the village sarpanch Dharmendra Kumar Ramteke reflect the feelings of the villagers. Earlier, the condition of studies in the school was not good. The Jan Bhagidari Samiti used to call the youth of the village many times and make arrangements for the teaching and learning of the children. The government has now made better arrangements for the study and teaching of the children by giving four new teachers to our village school. For this, we are grateful to Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. Maheshwari Thakur, the president of the Jan Bhagidari Samiti of the school, says that education is the right of children, and the government has returned this right. Now we will not have to worry about who will teach our children. The children of the village are also very happy to get the news of the posting of teachers in the school. They have started showing zeal and enthusiasm for studies. Getting different teachers for every subject is no less than a gift for the children. Now they have started dreaming of becoming doctors, engineers, teachers or officers by getting good education. Taraud is no longer just a village, but has become an example of education reforms in Chhattisgarh. This rationalization initiative is being implemented in schools across the district under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai. The government has a clear goal that there should be teachers in every school and every child should not be deprived of education. When the light of education reaches far-flung villages, its impact is not limited to books only. It gives a new direction to the entire society. This change in village Taraud is the result of this positive thinking and planned efforts. This new dawn of education in Chhattisgarh will definitely take the entire state towards progress.
